PROMOTION / ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Application

These terms apply to all website, social media and digital promotions, special offers, advertising campaigns and “from price” promotions published by Jeanelle Granite unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

 

  1. Quote-Based Business

All promotions are subject to:

final measurement;

stock or slab availability;

service area;

access conditions;

final written quotation.

No promotion creates a binding contract until confirmed by us in writing.

 

  1. “From” Pricing

Any “from” price is indicative only and may vary depending on:

stone selected;

thickness;

edging profile;

cut-outs;

splashbacks;

transport distance;

access conditions;

installation complexity;

support requirements;

additional works.

 

  1. Promotion Period

Promotions are valid only for the period stated in the relevant advertisement, or until withdrawn.

 

  1. Geographic Limits

Any reference to free delivery, free installation or discounted installation is subject to the area or radius stated in the promotion.

 

  1. Availability

All promotions are subject to supplier stock, slab availability, production capacity and scheduling.

 

  1. Exclusions

Unless specifically included, promotions exclude:

demolition or removal of existing tops;

plumbing;

electrical work;

tiling;

carpentry;

structural supports;

special lifting equipment;

difficult access;

after-hours work;

travel beyond the stated area.

 

  1. Errors

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical or advertising errors before a binding agreement is concluded.

 

  1. Non-Stacking

Promotions may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

 

  1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
