A call-out fee applies depending on your location.

If you accept the quote, this fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

Need help? Scroll down to our step-by-step guide with diagrams to assist you.

Step 1: Sketch Your Layout
Draw a rough outline of your countertop layout from a bird’s eye view. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just include all worktop sections.
Step 2: Measure Each Section
Use a measuring tape to measure the tops:
-
The length of each section (in millimetres)
-
The depth (standard is 600mm unless you want deeper worktops)
Label your measurements clearly on your sketch.

Step 3: Mark polishing & Cut-Outs
Indicate which edges require polishing by marking them clearly with an “X.” Be sure to indicate where you’ll be putting all your cut-outs for your sink, hob and other items. If possible, please provide what type of sink or prep bowl you will be using (e.g. drop-in, under-mount, butler sink) to ensure an accurate quote.
Step 4: Add Extras
Add any extras like splashbacks, windowsills or waterfall panels you would like quoted on.

Step 5: Take Photos (Optional but helpful)
Send a few photos of the area, this helps us double-check and spot any tricky spots like corners or joins.
