Our quotations are valid for 7 days. As stock availability may change, we recommend contacting us to confirm availability and quote validity before proceeding.
A signed quotation and the required deposit are needed before any materials are ordered or fabrication begins.
Yes. In some cases, pricing may change after acceptance if a site measure-up is completed and the confirmed measurements differ from the sizes originally provided. If the final measurements are larger or smaller, the quotation may be adjusted accordingly, either increasing or decreasing the total cost.
If a selected material becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or updated pricing where applicable.
Where possible, we recommend viewing slabs at the supplier to ensure you are happy with your selection.
We are based in Gauteng and do not have branches in other cities. All fabrication is done from our Pretoria base. For larger projects, we may consider installations outside Gauteng by arrangement, subject to availability and additional transport costs.
